The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Seville, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website, except where mandatory applicable law in the user's country of domicile provides otherwise.

Certain matters relating to the corporate governance and administration of the SAMYRAD Foundation and Horizonne Views S.A. de C.V. as Mexican entities are governed by the laws of Mexico (specifically Nuevo León state law). However, as between SAMYRAD and users of the Website, Spanish law and the jurisdiction of Seville courts shall prevail.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
